在中国众志成城抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的关键时刻，“一带一路”智库合作联盟国际顾问等多国政要、智库学者来函或发来视频，表达对中方抗击疫情的支持，祝愿中国共产党领导中国人民早日战胜疫情。
2月23日，智库联盟国际顾问委员会委员、坦桑尼亚前总理、革命党中央委员、坦中友协副会长平达向智库联盟发来视频，表达对中国抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的支持。以下为音频内容整理：
Our souls and prayers are with the people of China during this difficult moment of fighting the coronavirus. We are very grateful to the Chinese people and government of China for all the efforts they are doing to fight this virus on behalf of international community. The people of Tanzania stand in solidarity with the people of China during this very difficult time. And I firmly believe that under leadership of President Xi Jinping and of the Communist Party of China, China will eventually prevail over this virus and win the battle. It is my sincere hope that the world will do everything possible to support China’s effort to fight against the novel coronavirus epidemic. We also thank People’s Republic of China for the continued support to the 437 Tanzanian students currently residing in Wuhan. We pledge to work with them, support them all the way until the defeat of the disease.
On behalf of the Chairman of Tanzanian China Friendship Promotion Association, Dr Salim Ahmed Salim and in my own capacity as Co-Chairman and senior advisory committee member of China Institute for South-South Cooperation in Agriculture, and the member of Silk Road Think Tank Association (SRTA) International Advisory Committee, I would like to say Zhongguo Jiayou! 值此抗击新冠病毒肺炎的艰难时刻，我们为中国人民祈祷，我们与中国人民心连心。国际社会非常感谢中国人民和中国政府为抗击新冠病毒肺炎做出的努力。坦桑尼亚人民与中国人民站在一起，共克时艰。我坚信，在中国共产党和习近平主席的领导下，中国终将战胜新冠病毒肺炎，赢得抗疫阻击战！我衷心希望国际社会尽己所能地帮助中国抗击此次新冠肺炎疫情。我们诚挚感谢中国对437名在武汉坦桑尼亚留学生的全力支持，我们将和他们共同努力，支持他们直到战胜新冠肺炎疫情。
在此，我谨代表坦中友协主席萨利姆·艾哈迈德·萨利姆，以及我本人作为中国南南农业合作学院国际高级顾问委员会主席、“一带一路”智库合作联盟国际顾问委员会委员，向中国道一句：“中国加油！武汉加油！”
